Asia: a beacon of hope

Asia is considered a continent with great economic potential. Stretching from the Arctic to the equator, it is not only playing an increasingly important role in global trade as an export region – its significance as a sales market is also growing. METRO Group recognised this potential early on and entered the Asian market back in 1996.
